Ingredients

CRUST

cinnamon graham crackers
1/2 stick
butter melted
4 Tbsp
sugar

CHEESECAKE FILLING

3 box
cream cheese, softened
1 c
sugar

eggs
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
white chocolate chips
1/2 c
milk chocolate chips

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

In a food processor put your 6 cinnamon graham crackers with 4 tbsp of sugar and process until fine crumbs.

While food processor is going put 1/2 stick of butter in microwave to melt.

Pour the graham cracker crumbs & sugar in to a bowl and add the butter and fork it until it's all combined.

I used a 9 inch round pan that I lined with foil. I packed the graham cracker crumbs in the pan.

For the filling put the softened cream cheese in your mixing bowl and beat until creamy.

add the sugar, continue to beat.

add one egg at a time and beat until combined.

add second egg and beat until combined.

add 1/2 tsp vanilla and mix until creamy.

once its mixed well pour into the cake pan.

Sprinkle white and milk chocolate chips on top.

bake for 1 hour, 10 minutes

it will be jiggly but it should be perfectly set, once cooled. Let cool over night and remove from pan, slice and serve.
