Ingredients For candy platter

  • peppermint sticks
  • assorted colored hard candies

How To Make candy platter

    Preheat oven top 350 degrees F.
  • 2
    Line the bottom & sides of a small rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.

    Fill to the edges with hard candies (mosaic-like) or peppermint sticks (some vertical, others horizontal), arraging them flush against each other. NOTE: If the candy doesn't reach the edges of the pan, create a barrier with folded aluminum foil.

    Bake for 10 minutes or until the candies have just melted into each other.

    Let harden for 30 minutes, then lift the parchment to remove the candy platter from the pan.

    Use it to serve treats like cookies, brownies, chocolate, cupcakes, etc. NOTE: HOT OR WET ITEMS WILL CREATE A STICKY SITUATION!!!!
