Cake in a Cup for one

This is a fun way to have your cake and eat it too! Great for when the kids want to cook and enjoy their goodies, or if you live alone and don't want to bake a whole cake. Keep in fridge, will last for months in airtight container or zip lock bag.

Ingredients

1 box
angel food cake mix (the just add water kind)
1 box
9 x 13 chocolate cake mix of your choice


Directions Step-By-Step

Combined both (dry) boxes of mixes to a zip lock bag or an airtight container. Shake well to mix.

To make cake: Put 1/2 cup of dry mix and 1/4 cup of water in a large coffee mug. Stir to mix. Microwave on high for One minute. Remove, can top with cool whip. Let cool a couple minutes. Grab spoon and enjoy. (Be creative with toppings, it is YOUR piece of cake.) lol

Keep rest of mix in zip lock bag, or air tight container in fridge until you need a quick bite of cake.
