Ingredients For cake batter cookies

1 1/4 call purpose flour

1 1/4 cyellow or white cake mix (with pudding)

1/2 tspbaking soda

3/4 cbutter, unsalted, room temperature

1/2 csugar
-
1/2 clight brown sugar, firmly packed

1 x lgegg
-
2 tsppure vanilla extract
-
1/2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips
-
1/2 cwhite chocolate chips

1/2 ccandy sprinkles, assorted colors
How To Make cake batter cookies

1Sift together flour, cake mix & baking soda; reserve.

2In a stand mixer with paddle, beat butter & sugars until blended. Add egg & extract; beat until creamy. Beat in flour mixture until combined; don't overmix. Stir in chips & sprinkles. Cover & refrigerate 2 hours (or up to 4 days).

3Let dough soften slightly at room temperature before baking; at least 45 minutes - 1 hour.

4Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

5Drop rounded tbsp of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Shape balls to be taller than they are wide, chill dough not in use. Bake 10 - 12 minutes, until edges are slightly browned. Centers will appear very soft; cookies will set as they cool. Cool 4 minutes before pulling completely on rack.
