- yellow cake mix w/pudding
- 1 can(s)
- 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 c
- chopped pecans
1Mix all ingredients
2pour into 9x13 pan that is sprayed with Pam.
3bake at 350 for 40 minutes or til done.
4Make icing: boil 1 stick of butter, 1 small can evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup chopped pecans. Poke holes in hot cake and pour icing over top. This is so moist and is better if made the day before eating.
