Ingredients For butterscotch tiramisu parfaits

2 - 3.4 oz pkgbutterscotch instant pudding

3 1/2 cmilk
-
2 1/2 cheavy whipping cream, divided

1 - 8 ozmascarpone cheese, room temperature

3 - 3 oz. pkgladyfingers, split

kahlua or stong brewed coffee
How To Make butterscotch tiramisu parfaits

1Prepare pudding mix according to package directins using 3 1/2 C of milk for both packages.

2In a large bowl, beat 2 C whipping cream at medium-high speed with a mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in 2 Tbsp sugar.

3In seperate bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, remaining 1/2 C sugar & remaining 1/2 C whipping cream. Gently fold pudding/mascarpone mixture into whipped cream mixture.

4Brust cut sides of ladyfingers with kahlua. Layer ladyfinger & pudding mixture in parfait glasses or wine glasses.

5Cover & refrigerate at least 4 hours.

6IN A HURRY? Layer the drenched ladyfingers & pudding mixture alternately in a large serving bowl, ending with the pudding mixture. Dust the top with sifted cocoa just before serving.
