Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, softened
16 oz
confectioners sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 to 2 tsp
evaporated milk (or half & half)
dash(es)
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

With electric mixer on high speed, mix softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add vanilla, salt and milk. Continue beating until well lmixed and frosting is smooth and creamy.

Do not overbeat or butter will begin to separate.
