Blueberry Seed Cake

This seed cake is a little different from the norm Blueberry cakes ~ with caraway seeds, orange peel, and evaporated milk in it!
Nice flavors and blends well with the blueberries.

Ingredients

1 c
floured blueberries
1 Tbsp
caraway seeds
3 c
sifted flour
1 c
sugar
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
butter
1 large
evaporated milk
3
eggs, beaten
1/2 c
candied orange peel, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Sift dry ingredients together. Add butter and blend well. Add eggs, milk, caraway seeds and candied orange. Beat until smooth. Gently fold in floured blueberries.
Bake in well-greased 10" tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees about an hour.
Cool before slicing.
