Actually did yesterday.......5 c of rhubarb, 1 pkg lemon cake mix and pkg of lemon jello.....1 c white sugar and 1 stick of butter, melted... and 1 c water. They turned out like bars and we served them with whip cream. Made as a dump cake. They were gone before the evening was over!

I have used this recipe for a long time.... I also use other than Blueberry pie filling- apple, raspbetty, strawberry-- I also take a cup of nuts - chopped - and layer that over the cake, then I use a cup of chopped cocanut and put that on top. I then take the butter and cut into small pieces and put on top.

MY family loves this one--- A single father made this one his after I took it to a potluck at work --- He always put down that this was what he could bake--- I did'nt mind cause I had other thinks I could do.
