Ingredients For blackberry jam cake

1 cbutter

2 csugar

4 cflour

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspallspice, ground

1 tspnutmeg

2eggs

1 csour milk (use teaspoon of vinegar to make sour)

1 tspsoda (dissolved in milk)

1 cberries or 8 ounces of blackberry jam

1/2 cnuts (optional)
How To Make blackberry jam cake

1Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, beat well. Add flour, spices, sift together and then alternate folding in milk, berries or jam, and nuts.

2Bake 45 minutes in 350 oven.
