I came up with this recipe after paying good money at a local shop.It is a taste of summer, enjoy.

Ingredients For blackberry cake

one box white cake mix

one box blackberry jello

3/4 cup vegtable oil

4 eggs

two cups fresh or frozen blackberries(sweeting with 1/2 cup of sugar)

3/4 cup water
How To Make blackberry cake

1Mix cake mix, jello, eggs, oil, water, slowly mix in drained berries, save juice for icing, pour into a tube pan sprayed with Baking spray, bake at 350 for 50 to 60 mins.Let cool for 10 mins remove from pan.

2You can make icing with soft butter, juice and powder sugar, often I just dust with powder sugar.
