    greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    wild blackberries
  • CRUMBLE
  • 1/2 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp
    unsalted butter (cold)

How To Make blackberry brown sugar coffee cake

    Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 x 13 in baking dish. Grease a 9 x 13 in baking dish. Cream butter and brown sugar. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together in a large bowl. Add half of the flour mix to the wet ingredients and beat until mixed. Add yogurt and vanilla and beat until mixed. Add remaining flour mix and beat until everything is well incorporated.

    Combine ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer and beat until crumble forms, spread evenly over cake batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
