Black Magic Icing
Hope all of you like the icing. Be sure to let the milk get room temperature.
- 2/3 c
- room temperature milk (don't use skim or 2%)
- 1 stick
- 1 c
- 1/2 c
- crisco solid shortening (not liquid)
- 3 Tbsp
- 1 tsp
Then add flour
Add milk gradually as you are mixing (with a mixer)
After mixing all ingredients, frost the cake and enjoy.
If your icing separates, your milk was probably too cold. Use homogenized milk only. Good luck
