This is a simple easy to make and great Coffee Cake recipe! You'll enjoy the decadence of the flavor and it's not dry. If you find that your altitude is high add a little less flower, if you're in a dry environment add a little more oil and one more egg! Simple, fun and easy to do recipe!
Combine first 4 ingredients with a fork, add in oil and stir until crumbly. Set aside 7 ½ cups of this mixture in a separate bowl.
In original bowl, add in the eggs and milk and stir or mix until well blended.
Pour mixture into greased ½ cake sheet pan. For topping, add the remaining ingredients to the 7 ½ cups set aside earlier, chop butter into small pieces and combine, sprinkle over top of base cake mix, place in preheated 375° oven for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted.
Cool for 15 minutes, sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
