BD was craving brownies today and thought I'd experiment with it today. Needless to say he's one happy camper right now. And not moving from his recliner tonight for sure. hehehe Enjoy

Ingredients For big daddy's brownies

1 pkg

brownie mix (low fat)
1 lg

egg
4 oz

sour cream
1 pkg

white chocolate pudding mix (3 oz)
1 Tbsp

white chocolate flavoring
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp

instant coffee powder
8 oz

bar of sweet german chocolate chopped
1 1/2 c

chopped pecans
1 Tbsp

vegetable oil
1/4 c

water

How To Make big daddy's brownies

Though this is a boxed mix, I always use my own ingredients and that's what I did here. Mixed all ingredients by hand them put into 8x8 baking dish and baked at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes in a convection oven.

Had a tub of chocolate fudge icing and when it was cool, spread that on top. So yummy.
