1box german chocolate cake mix plus ingredients to make cake

1can sweetened condensed milk

1jar caramel ice cream topping
-
1jar butterscotch ice cream topping

1container of whipped topping (like cool whip)

1bag of toffee bits
How To Make better than anything cake

1bake cake as directed on box using a 9x13x2 pyrex baking dish. Remove cake from oven and while still warm, use a wooden spoon handle to poke several uniform holes in the cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over warm cake. Repeat with both ice cream toppings. Refrigerate. When cake is cool, serve with whipped topping and toffee bits.
