When my son was in school, his teacher had them make this in class.. I recall him offering me a TASTE, but I could not stop at just one... So, I had to ask for the recipe...

Ingredients

CRUST

2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 stick
butter, melted
1/3 c
brown sugar

FILING

2-8 oz
cream cheese
2 c
powdered sugar

TOPPINGS

slice
banana's
can(s)
crushed pineapple
16 oz
cool whip (or largest container)
maraschino cherries
pecans, in pieces

Directions Step-By-Step

FOR THE CRUST: Mix the above ingredients and press into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350* for 5-7 minutes. Set aside, and cool.

FILING: Blend until creamy and then spread over the cool crust.

TOPPINGS:Place the sliced banana's over the filing, spread crushed pineapple over the banana's. Spread the cool whip over the pineapple. Top with cherries and pecans.

Refrigerate for several hours before serving
