My grand daughter,age 5 loves to cook. She made this easy and yummy favorite(she does everything but the electric mixing) You too will FLIP over this easy,cool, and delicious dessert!Great for a summer dinner party or family get together.

Ingredients

BANANA FLIP CAKE

1 box
prepared yellow cake mix
4 medium
over ripe bananas- mashed
2 tsp
baking soda

TOPPING

16 oz
cool whip
3.5 0Z box
instant banana pudding
1/2 c
coarse chopped walnuts

Step-By-Step

1LIGHTLY GREASE AND FLOUR 9X13 CAKE PAN
2PREPARE YELLOW CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO THE PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
3MASH BANANAS THOUGHLY WITH THE BAKING SODA
4GENTLY STIR THE BANANA MIXTURE INTO THE CAKE BATTER,BLEND WELL
5POUR MIXTURE INTO CAKE PAN , TAP PAN ON COUNTER TO REMOVE AIR BUBBLES
6PLACE PAN INTO A COLD OVEN, TURN TEMPERATURE TO 350 DEGREES AND BAKE TILL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN APPROX. 50-60 MINUTES.
7REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL COMPLETELY ON RACK THEN REFRIDGERATE
8TOPPING
9STIR 1 SMALL BOX INSTANT BANANA PUDDING INTO 1 MEDIUM CONTAINER OF THAWED COOL WHIP. MIX WELL WITH A WISK. DO NOT OVER MIX
10SPREAD EVENLY OVER COOLED CAKE-KEEP IT FLUFFY-
SPRINKLE WITH CHOPPED NUTS
REFRIDGERATE UNTILL SERVED.
