| one box nut quick bread, such as pillsbury, 15.4 ounces | |
| 1 cup water | |
| 2 tablespoons vegetable oil | |
| two large eggs | |
| one medium banana, sliced | |
| one bottle vanilla dessert glaze, such as duncan hines amazing glazes,, 10 ounces |

Directions
preheat oven to 375°. Coat the bottom only of an 8 inch square baking pan with nonstick baking spray with flour. Remove and reserve nut mixture from bread mix box.in a medium bowl, mix bread mix, 1 cup water, oil, and eggs. Stir 60 to 75 strokes, or until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan. Arrange banana slices over batter. Sprinkle with reserved nut mixture.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until Golden Brown and a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack about one hour.Heat a glaze according to package directions. Drizzle cake with desired amount of glaze. Store any remaining glaze according to package directions.

I'm just NUTS about BANANAS, okay I'm just NUTS! Love this combo and such an easy fix. Gotta PINCH this delight! Think I'll make it in my brownie pan and put a slice of banana on each square. I'm sure the Lad and his coffee klatch lady friends will LOVE IT! CHEERS, CC
