An easy to make, moist, delicious cake. A great way to use up ripe bananas. Frost with a chocolate frosting.

Ingredients

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
1/4 c
sugar
3/4 c
oil
1/2 c
buttermilk or sour cream
4
large eggs
2 tsp
vanilla
1 c
ripe mashed bananas
1 c
miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 c
chopped nuts

Step-By-Step

1Combine cake mix, sugar, oil, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and mashed bananas and beat on low speed for 30 seconds, until combined.
2Beat at medium speed for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
3Gently fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
4Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans.
5Bake at 350 degrees for 33-38 minutes.
6Cool, frost.
