Baked Pumpkin Spice Donuts

These are just delicious, soft, moist and just true fall flavors in your mouth.

Ingredients

1 c
pumpkin, canned or cooked ( i steam chunks then puree them)
1 pkg
duncan hines spice cake mix
2 large
eggs
1 c
water, cold
1/4 c
water, warm
3 Tbsp
lemon juice, fresh or bottled
1/4 c
powdered sugar

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 325F and grease a 6 welled nonstick donut pan. Combine first 4 ingredients together and mix well.
2Evenly fill each well with mix (you will do this 4 times)just shy of the well rim.
3Bake for 16 minutes, remove from oven and let stand 2 minutes then remove and and place on cooling rack.
4In a wide bowl, mix the lemon juice, powdered sugar and warm water until well mixed and slightly thickened. Dip one side of the donut into the glaze and place again on the cooling rack until completely at room temp (15 mins). Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
