The M&M company has a real Auntie Em! Las Vegas NV was home to one of their candy factories, they made the fine boxed version. This recipe came from Auntie Em about 45 yrars ago.

Ingredients

3 pkg
(8oz) cream cheese, softened
5
eggs
1 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
TOPPING
1 c
sour cream
1/4 c
sugar
1/4 tsp
pure vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 300. Line muffin tins with paper cups

Cream the cream cheese and eggs together. Add sugar and vanilla. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.

Bake 40 minutes. Remove from oven DO NOT TURN OFF OVEN!. Let cool 5 minutes, they will make a well in the center!

Blend topping with a spoon and fill wells. Add a drop of jelly to the center.

Return to oven and bake 5 minutes. Cool, then chill 6 hours or overnight

3 8oz packages of cream cheese. Gosh I always proof read, but this one slipped right on by! Thank you for noticing! Right up your ally, Tammy(miss country cupcake):) LOL Please let me know how you like them.
