Ingredients For apricot nectar cake

    lemon cake mix
  • 3/4 c
    wesson oil
  • 1 c
    apricot nectar
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    confectioners suger
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    water

How To Make apricot nectar cake

    In a large mixing bowl, mix the lemon cake mix with 3/4 cup oil; Stir good. Add 1 cup apricot nectar and 1/4 cup sugar: mix together. Add 1 egg at a time and mix well until eggs are used. Bake 300 in a tube pan for 35 min or until brown. For top: Mix together the confection sugar lemon juice and water and pour over hot cake. This cake needs to cool 10 to 15 min, then turn onto plate. Pour glaze over the cake. Delish!
