I thought I would share my Apple bread recipe. Apples are in season in New England, and it's time for my Fall baking to begin. This recipe has been handed down. It is a bread . Although it tastes more like a cake due too it's moistness. Fall is in the air! Nothing says Fall like apples and cinnamon. Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my friends and family do.
Combine together butter/egg mixture with apple sugar mixture, and mix well .
tooth pick comes put clean. Cool and turn on to plate or rack. Enjoy! I usually make 2 loaves repeating the steps. I have found doubling the recipe and putting in to 2 pans doesn't work as well due to the heavy apples sinking to the bottom of the bowl.
