Preheat oven to 325 degrees
1. Wet ingredients: Mix 4 cups diced apples, 1 cup nuts and 2 cups sugar. Blend and let stand 1 hour to make juice. Add 1 cup Wesson Oil, 2 beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla.To wet ingredients: Add dry ingredients, 3 cups flour,
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons soda. Mix well.
Bake in a greased and flour bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.HOT BUTTER SAUCE - Place following ingredients in a medium sauce pan, and cook over a medium heat.
1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir all together and keep stirring until all mixed (5 minutes)
