Ingredients

3 c flour
2 c sugar
1 c mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/3 c milk
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 c salt
3 c chopped apples
1 c rasins
1/2 c choped nuts

Beverly's Notes:

I can't make this enough for my family. Great for pot lucks. I have never ventured from the recipe however I am thinking of trying crushed pineapple the next time I bake it.

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9x13 cake pan set aside.

Mix first 10 ingredients 2 minutes ( will be very thick)

With a spoon stir in apples, nuts and rasins.

Pour into cake pan and bake 45 minutes.

Great hot or cold. Enjoy

Wow do I feel dumb. That would be 1/2 teaspoon. Is there any way to correct once you have shared.
