1 pkg 18.5 oz - yellow cake mix
1 pkg vanilla pudding, instant, 3.5 ounce package (one 4-serving box)
1/2 c fat free milk
1/4 c cold water
1/3 c canola oil
2 large eggs
2 large egg whites
1 c plain nonfat yogart
4 oz german baking chocolate , grated
1/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c chopped pecans

Almost Better than Sex Cake
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 10-inch Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Using a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, milk, water, oil, eggs, egg whites, yogurt, and vanilla pudding. Beat slightly, only until ingredients are mixed.

Stir in the grated chocolate, chocolate chips, and pecans then pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake.

Cool 10 minutes, and invert onto a serving plate.

Made this cake tonight...used the Sugar-Free Pillsbury Yellow cake mix and S/F french vanilla pudding...This cake is soooooooooo good! Very moist and yummy...made the Chocolate glaze for it too...a little too much chocolate for me...Unless you really like dark chocolate...I would cut it back to 1 or 1 1/2 Tbsp of cocoa powder of add extra powdered sugar ...or of course if you wanted to you could just dust the cake with powdered sugar to save on carbs and calories. It is good no matter how you slice it. I wished I could take a pic of it. Turned out so nice. Thanks again dLife!
