Ingredients
| 2 stk | salted butter,room temperature |
| 1 stk | margerine - ( i use imperial brand) other spreads just do not work as well! |
| 8oz pkg | cream cheese, room temperature |
| 3 c | sugar |
| 6 | eggs - one at a time |
| 3 c | all purpose flour |
| 1 Tbsp | vanilla extract |

Preheat oven to 300
Cream butter,margerine and cream cheese ... mix until a pretty creamy yellow colormix adding sugar ... then mix @ low speed adding one egg at a timemix @ low speed adding flour 1 cup at a time,mix just until well blended ... stir in vanillapour into greased and floured Bundt or Angel Food pan -or- 2 maybe 3 loaf pans ... depending on pan size ... if you do use loaf pans adjust baking time.Bake @ 300 about 1 hr. 15 mins

Hey Mary, Yes you can use all butter, I have tried both ways ... because I really like to use butter in most recipes ... But I can't tell the difference in this cake, so I just do it the way he gave the recipe ... I figure it saves a little fat and calories and I can eat another piece ;) ... I just LOVE this cake!
