- 8 oz
- philadelphia brand cream cheese
- 1 stick
- butter softened - no substitutions please
- 1 Tbsp
- fresh lemon juice
- 1 box
- powdered sugar
- 1 c
- chopped walnuts or pecans
1Beat softened butter with softened cream cheese. (You can soften cream cheese in microwave for 10 seconds.)
2Add lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
3Add box of powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. Ice cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
