Ingredients

CAKE INGREDIENTS

1 box
1 (18 1/4 ounce) lemon supreme cake mix. can use yellow cake mix instead of lemon if desired.
1 box
1 (3 1/2 ounce) instant pineapple pudding . can use vanilla instant pudding instead of pineapple if desired.
2/3 c
vegetable oil
4
eggs
10 oz
carbonated lemon-lime beverage

ICING INGREDIENTS

1/2 c
margarine
1 1/2 c
sugar
1 can(s)
15 oz. crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp
flour
1 can(s)
angel flake coconut (optional)

eggs

CAKE DIRECTIONS

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2Grease and flour 9x13 cake pan.

3Empty lemon supreme cake mix and instant pineapple pudding into a large mixing bowl.

4Add oil and eggs.

5Beat about 2 minutes.

6Add 7-Up and mix until well blended.

7Pour into prepared pan.

8Bake 35 to minutes or until done.

9Icing directions.
Prepare icing while cake is baking. Will take about 15 minutes.

10Cook margarine, sugar, pineapple, flour and eggs until thick.

11Add coconut and blend well.

12Spread over cake while both are still warm.
