butter, softened
1/2 c
shortening
3 c
sugar

eggs
3 c
flour
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 c
milk
1 tsp
coconut extract
1 tsp
lemon extract
1 tsp
almond extract
1 tsp
rum extract
1 tsp
butter flavoring
1 tsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1CREAM BUTTER, SHORTENING, AND SUGAR.
2ADD EGGS.
3MIX FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER TOGETHER AND ADD, ALTERNATING WITH MILK, MIXING IN BETWEEN.
4ADD EXTRACTS.
5BAKE AT 350º IN BUNDT PAN FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 1/2 HOURS OR UNTIL INSERTED TOOTHPICK IS CLEAN UPON REMOVAL.
6MAKE GLAZE: 1 CUP SUGAR, 2 CUPS WATER, 1 TEASPOON OF ALL EXTRACTS. COOK UNTIL THICK.
7POUR HOT GLAZE ON HOT CAKE AND WAIT 10 MINUTES BEFORE REMOVING FROM PAN.
