- angel food cake or 2 pkg. dessert shells
- 2 c
- mixed berries ( strawberries, blueberries & raspberries)
1For the Filling: Mix the pineapple & dry pudding mix. Stir in the COOL WHIP.
2For the Parfaits: Cube the cake.Layer into 12 parfait glasses. Alternately with the filling & berries. Makes 12 servings.
3For the Cake: Cut the cake into 3 layers. Then stack them on a plate. Spread filling between each layer & the top layer. Then top with the berries. Makes 10 servings.
4For the Individuals: Spoon the filling into dessert shells & top with the berries. Makes 12 servings.
