Mix all dry ingredients together....Place in ziplock bag

To make cupcake: Mix in a mug-- 3 tablespoons of the cake mix in the baggie..add 2 Tablespoons water

Bake in a microwave 1 min. Cake will pull away from the sides of the cup...if not; cook 10 seconds more.

Run a butter knife around the sides. Turn out onto a plate..top with any thing you want!!

This recipe has been traveling around the internet/emails for the last few years now...it really works and is good.

REMEMBER: you always have to make one of the mixes an Angel Food Cake Mix, because it already has the egg whites in the dry mix.

Also: if you are allergic to egg whites.....stay clear of this recipe.
