Pictured is the chocolate fudge frosting... I have made this frosting since I was a little girl...it's the only chocolate frosting I knew, as I got older, I started experimenting with the vanilla, maple and brown sugar... This is great on cakes(chocolate, white, yellow, marble, strawberry, orange...you name it, most any flavor) or brownies, OR do as my daughter does when shes having a choc fit and can't find anything else, she'll make the choc one and eat it with a spoon. lol I have also made this and didn't beat it, just cooled it a bit, then would drizzle it over cupcake towers, or other desserts as we do with chocolate ganache now a days. (omgosh I said now a days...that means I'm old UGH lol) I hope you are able to enjoy this!
