Directions
Mix the two cake mixes together very well. You need to store this in a resealable container. I use a ziplock gallon sized bag.In a small bowl mix 3T. of cake mixture and 2T. of water. Put it in tiny bowl. If you want to mix this in the same bowl you will cook it in scrape down the sides very well.Microwave this batter for 1 minute. Let it cool down and put it on a dessert plate. It's good with fruit ond whipped cream on top. Also lemon curd is good. It's our favorite.

Been making this for a couple years now, in all kinds of flavors...I keep it mixed in a (tightly sealed) tupperware bowl so all I have to do is "shake it up and measure out what I want".
I have a microwave muffin pan I make it in that makes 6 at a time (ofcourse I have to adjust my time making 6-all at one time).

Julie this is as WW recipe (actually they call it 321 cake).
The angel food mixed with a lemon cake mix has only Weight Watcher Points Plus = 3, each serving (usually you can get 30 to 33 servings out of the mix).
Most flavors are about the same....you can also mix sugar-free cake mixes with the angel food cake mix.
