Ingredients

8 oz Mayonnaise type salad dressing
1 Tbs Sugar
1 tsp Prepared mild yellow mustard
1/2 tsp Prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Minced garlic
1 Tbs Grated onion
1/2 lb Roquefort cheese
3 or 4 Tbs Cider vinegar

Directions Step-By-Step

Blend salad dressing with sugar, mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion. Crumble in Roquefort cheese and stir well. Mix in 3 or 4 tablespoons vinegar, depending upon how thick a dressing you want. Use to dress green salads. Dressing keeps well in the refrigerator, several days.
