the dough:
4-4½ cups flour
¾ cup milk
6 Tbsp butter
¼ cup warm water
1½ tsp yeast (I always use bulk yeast…I think that’s ½ a packet)
2 large eggs, beaten
½ Tbsp salt
¼ cup sugar
the filling:
1 8 ounce brick cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp lemon juice
⅓ cup flour
the streusel:
¾ cup flour
⅓ cup Sugar
4 Tbsp butter
½ tsp cinnamon
