Ingredients

2 Tbs. cornstarch
1/2 C. sugar
2 1/2 C. water
2 C. blueberries
One 3-inch cinnamon stick
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange-juice concentrate
Lemon slices or sour cream

Step-By-Step

1In saucepan mix cornstarch, sugar and water. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring. Simmer until thickened and smooth, about 2 minutes. Add blueberries and cinnamon; bring to brief boil. Remove from heat. Add orange juice; stir until thawed. Cover and chill. Serve in bowls with lemon or dab of sour cream.
