Depending on how many pancakes you would like to prepare, follow the directions on the back of the Bisquick box.
Add 1 tbsp of drained canned mashed sweet potatoes for each pancake you plan to prepare.
Heat lightly greased skillet (unless is non stick) and prepare pancakes until they appear to be light and fluffy.
Serve warm, a dab of butter in between pancake stack, dust with powdered sugar. These pancakes are sweet enough that you don't have to add syrup but if you do, Maple is the better combination of tastes.
