We grew up with having these on Sunday mornings and I do keep the tradition going now that I have my own family!

Ingredients

2
eggs
1 1/4 c
flour
2 1/2 c
milk
1 tsp
salt
butter, for frying

Step-By-Step

11. Mix eggs, flour & salt.
2. Add the milk, a little at a time, and beat to a smooth and rather thin batter.
3. Heat the skillet, add a little butter and fry the pancakes on both sides.
4. Roll or stack them on a serving plate.
5. Serve hot with whipped topping, berries, syrup or fresh fruit!
