Ingredients

12 large
eggs
1/3 c
breakstones sour cream
1 lb
pork sausage
1 c
sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 pkg
(8oz) kraft finely shredded triple cheddar cheese
2 medium
tomatoes, chopped

Step-By-Step

1beat eggs and sour cream with whisk until well blended. pour into greased 13x9 inch baking dish. bake 10 minutes or until egg mixture is softly set.

2meanwhile, cook mushrooms and onions in a large skillet on medium heat 6-8 minutes or until sausage is done, stirring occasionally. drain.

3reduce oven temperature to 325. spoon tomatoes over egg layer, cover with sausage mixture and cheese.

4bake 30 minutes or until center is set.
