Ingredients

3 c
special k berry
2 Tbsp
natural honey
2 scoop(s)
vanilla or strawberry protein
2 Tbsp
nonfat yogurt
1/4 c
skim dry milk
almond slivers

If you are wondering where all the OR's are coming from in the Nutrition Facts it just depends on the size of your cupcake tins. If you have the large ones (like I do) YES they are MORE calories and points but come on these are so yum that trust me you will eat two anyways haha. By the way VERY disappointed with how the pictures turned out I will be making them again and trying this "photo shoot" over again.
Mix everything except almonds and yogurt in a medium bowl. Put Pam in the Cupcake Tins. Scoop mixture evenly in all tins. Get a small sandwich bag and cut small hole in one corner. Scoop yogurt in bag and drizzle over top of each mixture. Top them off with almonds on top. Refrigerate for 4 hours or make the night before and eat for breakfast- GREAT way to start the day :).
