Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, in another bowl beat eggs. Add milk, sour cream and butter; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter on hot griddle or skillet and cook.
These are too good to waste..I cook all the batter and vacuum seal, after cool, and freeze..makes a quick breakfast on school days...these are so so good..
