Ingredients

1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. fine vermicelli
water
1 1/2 cups sugar
milk

Step-By-Step

1Melt the butter in a large stockpot over medium high heat.Break up the vermicelli and add it to the butter.Cook until the pasta is brown. Stir constantly.Add water to just cover the vermicelli.Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low.Cook until the pasta has absorbed the water. Stir in the sugar. Serve this warm in cereal bowls with milk.
