- packaged pancake and waffle mix
- 1 c

- club soda
- 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil
- heat and serve beef sausages, chopped (half of a 5.2 oz. pkg.)

- pancake syrup
1350 degree oven. Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
2In large bowl, combine pancake mix, eggs, milk, club soda, and oil; mix well. Pour evenly into muffin cups and sprinkle each with sausage.
3Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and brush tops with pancake syrup. Serve warm.
