Ingredients

1 can(s) leftover rice
2 Tbsp gram flour
2 Tbsp green chilli finely chopped
1 Tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
1/4 Tbsp turmeric, ground
1/2 Tbsp red chilli powder
1 Tbsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
1 1/2 Tbsp corn flour or corn starch
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice

If u don't want to waste your leftover rice then try it..

 

Directions

Mash the rice and mix all the ingredients.

make small balls of the mixture and deep fry in the oil on medium heat til they turns to golden brown or crisp.

serve with tomato sauce as a snack.
