Quinoa For Breakfast
|6||pitted dates, chopped|
|1||handful walnuts chopped|
Try Diamond of California Nuts
|1/4 tsp||cinnamon (or to taste)|
|1 tsp||agave syrup (or to taste)|
I love Quinoa. I've seen and made a lot of Quinoa salads, but did you know you can make it for breakfast too? It's a great alternative to oatmeal. I used chopped dates and walnuts in mine but any combination of dried or fresh fruit with nuts would work well. Who knew healthy food could be so delicious!!!!!
