snoqualmie lodge fall pancake buttermilk pancake mix
Whisk pancake mix , water, pumpkin, cinnamon & ginger together in bowl until blended. (do not over mix)
Spray griddle with Pam & heat over med. Spoon 2 Tbl of batter onto griddle to form ea. pancake. Cook about 2 minutes till bubbles appear, then turn & cook 2 min. longer.
Place pancakes on plate, top with butter & flavored syrup (I like warm pecan} Enjoy!
