Ingredients For pretty ricky's favorite waffles

1 c

all purpose flour
1/2 tsp

salt
2 tsp

baking soda
3-4 Tbsp

sugar
4 Tbsp

melted butter
2

eggs
3/4 c

buttermilk (the real stuff, only!)
3 tsp

vanilla extract
fresh grated cinnamon to taste, but only a little to give a hint of flavor

How To Make pretty ricky's favorite waffles

mix together flour, salt, soda and sugar.

mix together wet ingredients.

Pour wet over dry and mix together, but do not over mix. A few clumps are OK.

Grate the cinnamon over batter. Fold in.

Cook on waffle iron as the iron calls for.
