|6 tsp||baking powder|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|1 1/2 c||butter milk, or more until its thick and loose.|
|1/2 c||choped dried plums, walnuts|
COMBINE ALL INGREDANTS IN ORDER AND
MIX, BUT DO NOT OVER MIX.
YOU CAN SUBSITITUE, CHOCOLATE
CHIPS,CRUSHED DRIED CHERRIES.

DirectionsWarm up your pan with oil, until it lightly covers pan. You can use butter in place of oil.Cook pancake until its lightly bubbly on one side then, flip and cook for about 2 min or less depending on how hot the skillet.When done cooking top with butter and syrup.
